Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously, making it a perfect partner of Pilates training.

The TRX Suspension Trainer leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.  TRX builds functional strength.  You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.  And like Pilates, TRX exercises can be modified for specific goals or limitations.
